Year on year, rent is keeps on increasing atleast by 10-15%. But the total area space is not digestive for what we pay. Almost like 600-700sq.ft home costs 19k-25k rent. No parking for 4 wheeler. Very congested.
I stayed in Bangalore in many houses. The advance amount is usually 10 months rent. While leaving the house, some owners delay in returning the advance amount. Many a times, i had to wait and get the money back which gives a pain!
